cvs 9128 in Alameda - Dishonest pricing and a rude, unhelpful cashier.

CVS is the worst company to use. They want you to use the prepaid app to assist with speeding up the process at check out. You prepay you get to the register and they force you to pay again! Corporate greed at its finest! Congrats CVS you suck!

Throwing in the towel with CVS. Today's call was to inquire about a discount card to pay less for one of thirteen medications I am on due to Covid related health issues. Jennifer of the Dual Highway CVS was abrupt, short tempered and put and out rude. I had multiple questions that could have been answered weeks ago if they answered their phone. I'm done. Peace out, CVS.

CVS Pharmacy store #1911 Dover, DE would not sell me insulin pen needles without a prescription. I was paying cash. Had to travel to Walmart and wasn't denied purchasing pen needles. Smh I need to get some official CVS policy showing they don't sell pen needles without a prescription.

CVS Pharmacy closed the store on camp Wisdom and Wheatland, now the store on Cedar Ridge in Duncanville is always busy. Therefore, you can't get a prescription filled and the line is always long .Meanwhile, CVS needs to hire knowledgeable people to do the job. You can't get your medication anymore. The customer's faces is angry.

The CVS in Finneytown is the worst one yet. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There were 3 people in the background and clearly seen me. Worst customer service I’ve seen at any CVS pharmacy. If you can please go to another one.

I wish I could vote zero Stars for this pharmacy located on flavor picked road and military trail in Boynton Beach florida. I received a prescription from my doctor on friday, it is now Tuesday and they have yet to fill the prescription! I waited on the phone three separate times for almost an hour and got hung up on all three times. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me my prescription was not covered by insurance and that's why it had not been filled?? This is for a simple muscle relaxer! No narcotic, no pain pill! These people are incompetent they have no right to take your pharmaceuticals and give them to you when they decide to give them to you. I have been living with pain for 5 days because they held my prescription up unnecessarily. My insurance company insist I use cvs, at this point I'm going to change insurance companies simply so I don't have to deal with this horrible the horrible group at CVS. They don't deserve the business they have growing too fast and very incompetent in the pharmacy area needless to say more than disappointed.. outraged!

CVS pharmacy in St. Albans WV is the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude and constantly hang up on you citing “phone issues”. I’ve changed all my meds to another pharmacy. The whole staff needs replaced!
