CVS is a joke. They didn’t have the decency to call or text me when they did not have an antibiotic. Then they have me doing their job for them. Call one pharmacy to push out a notice to the other pharmacy to get my kid’s antibiotic for a simple ear infection. Then I am told to call the other pharmacy to fill it. Is this my job? No, no it is isn’t. My favorite is that they have one scrip filled in one place and another filled in another. Now I have two pharmacies to go to to get the scrips completed. CVS can shove it.

Very disappointed after 2months of waiting still no picture and finally got notice the store is no longer doing photos. After I prepaid for a suprise order to my seven siblings. Only six were able to get the family photo while one was not. And to add insult to situation when I called customer service they offered to cancel order and give me discount on 4x6 prints only when I ordered at 16x20 canvas photo. WOW disappointed is a understatement. And to hear I would have to repurchase at the current price I'm unable to get the price I paid for the item. ​

How can you like this ridiculously inefficient cvs.com ordering online system? Somehow the, "My CVS store" skipped to another one far away. I had NEVER selected the incorrect store location. Upon placing this order online, now I can ONLY cancel by phoning the incorrect store during their opening hours. Which also means, listening to the whole phone tree spiel over your phone. And, not limited to the punching of the dialing pad phone buttons navigating through CVS hell! Finally, if you're lucky enough do you get to speak with a human being. That also knows what they're doing. Such pitiful customer non service these days! Can't you just CANCEL the damn order yourself while online within a certain amount of time? Get rid of the employees already! It's already come down to automation and do it yourself people!!!

DON'T use CVS that's in the Target on County Line rd. They NEVER answer the phone! It takes FOREVER for them to fill a prescription too. I'm switching back to King Soopers on University and Dry Creek - MUCH better service!

Went to the CVS on 45th street to get a Covid test kit through my insurance and they told me I have to come inside to purchase it. Would not let me purchase it through the drive through. So what? Feeling sick as hell and I have to come inside? Unbelievable

Very poor service, overpriced and they send messages saying prescription is ready after 2 days, then tell you when you arrive that its still not ready! Every time! Change to better more competent pharmacy.

I went to pick up my inhaler so I could breath- told two weeks because they are so busy. Why doesn’t CVS use some of their profit to pay people decent wages to work!!!!!!
