Worst CVS I have been to, dirty no help, no merchandise, the check up never work always have to have help, if you can find somebody. The plastic carry out bags getting smaller and brake before you leave the store. Someone get this store help,it is a mess. No Manger to find and it looks like a cheap Bazar. Outside the same thing trash all over if I did not have to go there I do anything to avoid it and will go to Walgreen's which is a clean and nice store.

CVS has been the best at keeping my meds straight and they haven't lost my meds and or account like Rite aid did. But when CVS wants me to setup an online account. They keep rejecting me. So make up your mind. If you want people to make an online account, then why is it so difficult to get it done? Fix this please.

The CVS in Humble on 1960 Bypass W. is horrible. I just sat at the drive through window waiting waiting for someone to speak for 25 minutes. The pharmacy lost the person at the other windows prescription. There was not a sole that could help me. The checker at the window walked in circles. I put my hand up. I told the pharmacist I did not want an apology I wanted help. He was nasty and rude. I have stated in the past that they are racist to whites. It took me 45 minutes to get a prescription. The nasty pharmacist threatened me with my medication. He said he doesn't play. I am filing complaints against the pharmacy and the pharmacist with the State of Texas. I don't play. These horrible people lose prescriptions, don't have the staff to fill sick children's prescriptions, have a terrible staff and are so greedy that they don't take discount cards like good rx. The pharmacist said the don't make enough money if they give discounts to the people that keep them in business. Kelsey needs to dump them. My next call is to Kelsey.

My wife was trying to get a prescription filled for our 7 month old at the CVS in New Canaan CT. Upon arrival their systems went down. This is the second time we have experienced this. Apparently it’s happened 3 times in the last week or two. As a result the medication and the ability to transfer the prescription and use insurance is locked because CVS filled the prescription. With no confirmed end of the blackout we had to go to Walgreens in town and pay full price for the medication. Thankfully we were getting antibiotics and not an inhaler like the elderly gentlemen before us who was turned away without his inhaler. This is negligence on the part of CVS corporate and the local pharmacy. This is putting patients health at risk.

5415 N. Henry Boulevard Stockbridge, GA 30281 RUDE STAFF, went to get penicillin from the pharmacy at 7:50 pm, they said they were closed (although supposed to be open until 8:00) and said they didn't have penicillin?? Seriously....I think they did, they just didn't want to work. I realize it is difficult to find people to work today, but surely a national chain can do better than this. I can imagine you have lost a lot of sales at this location, BECAUSE OF THE EMPLOYEES/PHARMACY. If you respond to my review, I will give you my phone # and can get into more detail. Although from the look of your reviews, they are all the same....you guys are bad!

Was told by the pharmacist at a cvs in Sparks that it is their corporate policy not to accept good rx or any other company’s coupons for pet meds. Turns out none of the pharmacies in the area will even though on every website it lists their names. My lab has epilepsy and I have to pay 5 times more for the same med because she is a dog. Pretty sad.

Went in to pick up a prescription for Clobetasol. Nearly $300. Checked GoodRX. Same stuff at Wal-Mart for $18! Bunch of crooks.
