My husband and I have always gone to CVS. Yesterday we went to CVS on Pine Avenue in Erie, PA. It is really getting worse in store. Everything was more of a mess than I have ever seen it and shelves were awfully bare. What is happening? My husband also attempted to order two products online and it wouldn't go through, but it took his rewards.

This CVS is very dirty and nasty looking on the outside parking lot and drive through window is disgusting!! I told a rep ...she said with a smirk "ok, tell the manager" mind u I said it nicely. This the one on 6400 Ironbridge Road.

I have had bad experiences at the CVS on Treat and Clayton Road in Concord, CA. This time, my son and I had been given an identical gift package of manufacturers' coupons (not store coupons). His were redeemed routinely at another store. I took my coupons to CVS. When my three coupons did not scan, the checkout clerk verified the validity of the coupons and covered products. He then asked the manager for assistance. She was abrupt and rude. Without even checking the coupons, she told me the coupons were not valid and even if they had been, only one could be redeemed per visit. (Wrong on both answers). When I asked for verification, she said it was not her problem and walked away. The checkout clerk was polite despite the incident. I complimented his friendly temperament. He said he was fine because "I am voluntarily quitting today. I cannot work under these conditions." UPDATE: Two days later I tried the downtown Concord CA CVS. The checkout scan failed again, but the manager apologized and promptly authorized the coupons. He said the national CVS computer had a glitch. Good manager, poor CVS scanner.

I've used CVS about a year because my insurance has a deal with Caremark and I'm starting to resent my them for it. I have multiple prescriptions that I renew monthly and *every* month CVS mucks it up and I have to go back once or often multiple times. CVS cannot handle these exclusive contracts. In 50 years I have never loathed dealing with a company like I do with CVS. They have high turnover and new employees get disenchanted quickly and soon adopt that thinly-veiled contempt that underpins the whole culture at CVS. I'm pretty sure every employee there hates the company itself, hates their own job, and hate their customers. But at least they're getting a stepping stone and in the meantime getting PAID to deal with everything they hate, whereas I get no compensation to put up with their hate and myriad mistakes that COST me hours of my own time dealing with things like: a glitchy app, or being on hold, or having to drive there multiple extra times thanks to their sloppy oversights. Then, last week they gave me bad information over the phone and it caused an electronic prescription to be written for medication they haven't had on hand for months! It's an ordeal to get my doctors office to cancel it and find somewhere else, especially because my doctor had asked me to pro-actively check with the pharmacy about this so-as to avoid this very outcome!! I'm a new patient to this doctor and now it looks like I blew him off and only pretended to call. I imagine it's going to be hard to give me the benefit of the doubt because it's so basic it's incomprehensible that CVS could have mess that up, but that's what happened. What on earth is wrong with this company? They need to quit playing whatever corporate mickey-mouse games are going on and start acting like a business that cares and LISTENS to customers and DO something to fix the problems. It's too late to save me as a customer. I've reached my breaking point with their careless, miserable and untrustworthy employees. I need a pharmacy I can depend on and especially one I can trust to provide accurate information to me about basic information like a stock check. CVS is unacceptably and unforgivably inept. I feel like dealing with them impacts my blood pressure. It embarrasses me to be their customer. I'll just pay more if it will get me out of this nightmare. But I do want to document this in the hope that insurance companies will take notice and stop giving exclusive contracts to Caremark, leaving their clients trapped and with no-way-out of an ugly, abusive relationship with CVS.

I was in the drive through at 1:14 pm there were 2 cars ahead of me , was PLENTY OF TIME to complete their transactions in order for me to pick up my prescription by 1:30 (when they close for lunch) The first car took an unbelievable amount of time . Pick up window is for prescription pickup not a friggin shopping port . Now second car gets to window 1:27pm. Completes transaction as the clock goes from 1:29 to 1:30. As I'm pulling up to the Window the gate comes down. ARE YOU PHUCKING KIDDING ME ! I was in line 16 minutes only to be turned away ? You'll be delivering the medication from now on, I'm not wasting my time and gas just to be treated like Chit
