In Stamford CT there are a number of CVS stores. Each one is having their issues filling prescriptions. It takes me up to 10 days, sometimes, to get my medications. The staff admits they are "overwhelmed." I am moving my prescriptions to Amazon - who are efficient and who deliver within a day or two. CVS is not a viable pharmacy any longer.

I have 2 stars only because I have in the past had a good experience, but as a pharmacy they really should be doing a bit better that what they are. I know it is the management of the pharmacy and store that has made it so awful. Sometimes they tell me there is a national shortage of medicines but the pharmacy of a different company down the street has it. Sometimes they may only have A pharmacist working the whole pharmacy. That doesn’t work. The problem is, my needs are not as big as others. I can’t imagine what someone who is disabled goes through when this has. Of course it does. It’s so sad to think that people who rely on medical care and medicine don’t get it better of places like this.

CVS Store number #1752 has gotten worse and worse over the years. You call the store to speak to the Pharmacy and you are on an extended hold of more than 15 mins. Makes no sense. Then the recording wants you to download an app. which is useless. #1752 needs an overall done to that Pharmacy. I hate my RX from Kroger's was sent to them I am looking for another Pharmacy, they are way to big for their customers base now. And their quality of care and service to me as a Patient is not there like I had with Krogers. I would like to add. I called the front store for a Manger after I spent 2 hours holding to speak with the Pharmacy. The store Manager on duty was extremely rude. He told me that the Pharmacy was alone and to call the Pharmacy. I explained to him I was on hold waiting for someone to pickup, because I had the Pharmacy on my home phone waiting and I called the store on my Cell phone. The store Manager was useless and hung up on me. Finally the Pharmacy answered after that call and told me he was alone and was closing. When I needed my meds. I asked him if he could transfer my pick up to Walgreen who is open 24 hours. And answer their phones in there Pharmacy. Not understanding why a Pharmacy is working along?? Something needs to be done about that, before a burned out Pharmacy filled the wrong RX for a patient.

I would give them a zero if I could. Prescription not filled, out of them, cant get Medicine in to the store, so they say, personal is not attentive, to your needs, wait time is unacceptable, while they chit chat privately. What the beans happened to them, I am gone.

The workers are great, but whatever systems are in place that delay my prescriptions almost 2 weeks is hot garbage. I've had to talk to multiple CVS RN's about getting my prescription released and it still hasn't been released yet. The behind the scenes communication must not be working between CVS offices. Luckily this prescription isn't anything life threatening to not have now, but if it was I'd feel sorry for anyone having to deal with this.

I am a long time customer. I went to CVS yesterday after I received and email that my prescription was ready for pick up. The email said that the pharmacy was open 24 hours. I went there and it was closed. Sign on window said closed daily from 2:30-3pm. There were also signs everywhere saying 24 hours. Please STOP confusing customer and false advertising. I dont care if you are closed certain hours, just stop advertising you are open 24 hours.

I go to cvs in Scottsburg, IN for suboxone. I’m always having problems no matter how nice I try to be. I’m suppose to pick up every 7 days but they withhold my medication from me every single time. Pretty sure they’re not even allowed to do that. They’re also ridiculously rude. Now i realize a lot of ppl look down on drug addicts even when we’re in recovery but that is no excuse to refuse to give me something that helps me to stay sober and possibly make me withdrawal from not having it. It blows my mind. Some people are just all around crappy asf for no reason and i don’t understand it one bit. These ppl need to be fired asap.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Always a line of a minimum of 10 people. They thought they would blow off my request to transfer my daughter's prescription to Rite Aid. Think again. I went in there to the "drop off" counter, waited 10 minutes while the girl kept filling prescriptions while entirely ignoring me. I had to get rude to get them to do the transfer. SHUT IT DOWN FFS. Its also a filthy dump around the pharmacy counter, especially the floor. Rite Aid is 1000 times better. And I used to work in a CVS pharmacy in the 90s. Gone horribly DOWNHILL.
