The worst pharmacy I have ever used. Now they won’t transfer my prescriptions. I have to have my doctor’s send new prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I called CVS to find out if they had the anitbotic that my other pharmacy did not have in stock. I was told that they would call and have the script be transferred to CVS and that it would be ready in about 1 hour. I showed up 1 /12 later and was told that they did not have a transfer order in my name. They then went on doing what they were doing. No other customers were there, So how hard would it have been to find out where this had gone wrong??? SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... No that would have taken a extra step on the part of CVS. My wife called them again and read them the riot act about the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE" They then said we will call and get the script transferred and that it would be ready in 45 minutes. CVS called me and said it was ready (5:15 pm) When I was there the first time the sign showed that they would be open until 7:00 pm. On my way to CVS I was told that they closed at 5:00 and they were waiting for me. I got there within 5 minutes of the phone call. Gave them my name, they handed me the script and walked away. "NO SORRY ABOUT THE PROBLEM? "NOTHING!!!!" I AM SO TIRED OF ALL OF THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THAT I AM NOT TAKING IT ANYMORE. I will complain to the company, and warn the public to do the same

I went to this CVS, to get the second dose against Shingle. I had never been treated with so much disrespect. The woman who was in charge of the vaccines did not show me which vaccine she was going to inject me. I went to this CVS, to get the second dose against Shingles ( SHINGRIX VIAL 10 PK). I had never been treated with so much disrespect. The woman who was in charge of the vaccines did not show me which vaccine she was going to inject me, I was never able to see the name and date of expiration and the way she applied it was as my arm was the leg of a horse, she did it so hard that now I couldn't raise my left arm. Very important to let you know: The “nurse” never advised me that I should be at the pharmacy for a reasonable amount of time in case of a side effect occurred. I would love for this review to reach the administrators, because the way I was treated, I could very well move on to something more legal. I DO NOT IN ANY WAY RECOMMEND THE CVS AT THIS LOCATION: 85 High st Medford MA 02155. THE WORST PHARMACY- THE WORST SERVICE-WE ARE HUMANS NO ROBOTS. KEEP AN EYE ON THIS CVS LOCATION

The lines were long, we used the self checkout & had a problem. No one was available, we waited a five minutes & left. You need to hire more people, I feel bad for the staff, there is never enough help. We'll take our business elsewhere.

CVS in Anderson SC concord and main has a pharmacist that refuses to refill a prescription because he don’t like a person. The date on the bottle that says it was refilled by he won’t refill he said I have to wait till the date I picked it up. I have never heard of this. Please don’t use this CVSz Jason is so unfair the way he does people he don’t like.

once again the wrong doseage is on prepsciprtion, now a new one is different than the doctor's order. Falconer CVS is terrible

Not impressed and offended,long story short I walked in with my wife who loves looking at the make-up and takes her time doing it(in other words she takes forever to find something to buy)we had just come from a store right next door so I had a bag in one hand and my cell phone in another .Thete we’re two make emoloyees walking around and it seemed like they were thinking I was stealing or going to?I had just got off work so was alittle dirty and in work clothes.I heard one of them over the intercom say security check like 3 times and he kept popping up wherever I was so I sat in a chair .I just felt really uncomfortable even though I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary.

I've had CVS pharmacy just about every place I have lived and they have been great but the pharmacies in Austin, Texas are absolutely the worst, especially the one at 14057 Bee Cave Parkway. My (needed) prescriptions are always late, I have to call the pharma cy at least 3 times and wait on hold for well over 30 minutes. I used my time on hold today to transfer my prescriptions to Amazon's Pharmacy.
