I thought about trying CVS again and quickly remembered why I don’t use them anymore. Twelve minutes on hold the first time and 10 the next. Asked about transferring a prescription and the lady was beyond rude. No please no thank you. I would rather pay more to go elsewhere.

I signed up online for a covid 19 booster at the 1600 Richmond Road location in Williamsburg, Virginia. I had a screenshot of my online confirmation. I was told I was not in their computer, It was doubted that I had even done it...it was on my screen! Then I was told I was at the wrong location,Although the address was clearly stated. I was met with indifference and then dismissed. The Minute Clinic lady literally closed the door of her office in my face. DON'T go here.

Don’t expect any courtesy from the drive thru. I was told my Rx went from $0 to over $80. Not expecting a copay, I asked why it went up. Instead of an answer to my question I got attitude and a smart aleck reply. No offer to actually find out, nothing. This was an unexpected response to my question so my response was less than polite, but when a customer asks a serious question about their medications they expect an actual answer. Over five years at this location and first time anything like this has happened. I guess no one shows customers any respect anymore.

CVS OTHC FOR SENIORS THROUGH AETNA IS A WASTED SELL OUT. The prices are doubled compared to stores with much smaller products. The water flossers and electric tooth brushes Are cheap and not worth the expense. They can be days and days to deliver. I dislike all their products and prices. I like the company through Humana better. Aetna needs to find another company. For $120 every three months I get about $60 worth of terrible products and seldom name brands. I hope Aetna takes the business from CVS. THEY SURE DON’T CARE ABOUT SENIORS.

The CVS pharmacy in Montvale, NJ on Chestnut Ridge Road has the most overworked and stressed staff I have ever witnessed. The pharmacy staff is running ragged though they try their best. After many years, I may change pharmacies as I see an accident waiting to happen on my prescriptions. It is hard to support a business which is clearly mis-treating their pharmacy staff.

What kind of "pharmacy" closes down every afternoon for a lunch break? The kind that doesn't hire enough techs to cover their responsibilities. The kind that doesn't really care about your time or well-being. The kind that cares more about cutting staff and services to boost profits for do-nothing shareholders. I've used CVS for my medication and vaccinations for over 30 years. They've become unbearable to deal with over the past few years (thanks, Aetna). I just switched over to Express Scripts, and won't set foot in the wasteland that is CVS ever again. Good riddance!
