Absolutely horrific company. Call at 2 PM on Friday to see if they have a medication in stock, they do, call the doctor and have them call it in. Doctor calls it in. I called CVS at 3:30 to see if they have it in stock, which is after the doctor called and they say they do. Call later to check on prescription status and it says it’s on back order and they don’t have any? I don’t think the employees give a poop about clients and their medication‘s. I’m actually looking forward to Amazon getting into the medical field, so maybe these clowns will straighten up.

They have no online support whatsoever, and their lack of ability to manage prescriptions is inconvenient and borderline aggravating. There is no support online, and they refuse to answer their phones. They won't let me add a relative to my account to manage their prescriptions and they have NO ONLINE SUPPORT WHATSOEVER.

To not be able to call with a question is the worst customer service I have ever heard of for a pharmacy, and the options they give you do not get your questions answered. To have to leave a message and someone will get back within 24 hours is insane! I know help is hard to find, but I think a company that is handing out some serious medication should have someone to answer the phone.

They do not answer the phone and it seems to be a company policy to try to get you to sign up for the web app, which I begrudgingly did, and is no good if you actually have to speak to a pharmacist. This was my experience at 2 different locations, so I had to go in each time I had an issue, after wasting hours of my time. The phone system hangs up on you after 30 minutes. I tried 9-10 times at various times of day and 2 different locations. They were nice in person so I can only assume it's company policy? Not impressed.

I had a horrible experience, ray wanted to literally fight me in front of my 1 year old son and 13year old daughter. He was very aggressive, he used profanity horrible words, and the crazy part is he told me I wasn’t able to purchase formula with foodstamps. Which was another lie because I always purchase milk there with food stamps. The scene he cause was catastrophic!! He was very aggressive that’s not a way to represent cvs that’s a way to go to jail. There were several witnesses to his file behavior please stay away from ray guys he is a real monster

Went to pick up some batteries and purchased two obleas (which have cajeta) while at the cashier. Opened one up once in car and what was thought to be a piece of oblea fall on lap, turned out to be a moving MAGGOT. Yes, a maggot with a piece of oblea already swallowed. Immediately went into store to show the moving maggots inside the package and supervisor had obleas removed from the register display. Told them to toss any ones they had in the back. A soda was provided to wash down the maggots. Highly do not recommend purchasing cajeta obleas from CVS at Sunset/Amar in La Puente.

They do not know what they are doing. They have never got my medication right in the many years I have had to use them. When I have a perception on file, I always have to get my Doctor involved. He has a lot of problems with CVS too, not just me but most of CVS pashances.
