Hello I went to the CVS 696-698 N Highway 67 last night and I went through the drive through. Jeremy the pharmacist assisted me. He was sooo kind, he went above and beyond to help me, his heart is so pure and he was patient . I want to give him 5 stars !!

I requested a refill on my prescription on December 29th. Finally got it filled on January 4th but only 40 days of a 90 day prescription. Has of today January 19th they still do not have the rest of the prescription even though they offered my another 20 day so they must have gotten the medication but filled someone else before giving me the rest of my prescription. When I ask for help for there customer service I just get the company response it’s on back order! I check to see if it might be hard to get and find it not on anyone list. Worst customer service, and worst pharmacy. I had already stop them filling my husband medication which by the way on 2023 the insurance paid over 10k due to poor service! I moving to someone else as soon as it’s filled.

My wife is a advanced lupus patient and she suffers a lot of join pain and muscle pain, The pharmacist refused to fill a lupus patient pain medication, she gave us 3 excuses, the first one was she needed to transfer my wife profile from the previous pharmacy, the second excuse was she needed to talk to her Dr and after the Dr confirmed that everything was legit, that it was OK to fill it, the pharmacist decide she didn't feel comfortable and refused to fill it. I called cvs corporate office and they didn't care about the patient, they told me that their pharmacist can refused anyone at will, that if she didn't feel like filing it she could refused and there's nothing anyone can do. I will never use this place again and In My Opinion if you want a reliable don't pharmacy don't use CVS they don't care about the truth, if the CVS pharmacist can have the power to choose to let the customers suffer they shouldn't have any customers to torture. There should be a valid reason to refuse to fill a patients medication and cvs is allowing their pharmacist to discriminate and use personal reasons not to fill, when I spoke the corporate they said that if she doesn't feel comfortable she has the right to refuse and I asked why she didn't tell us that she didn't feel comfortable at first and instead she said she needed to transfer her profile from the previous pharmacy, when publix transferred the profile, she got another excuse, she said she needed to talk to the Dr, after the Dr confirmed that it was fine to fill it then she said she wouldn't fill it because she didn't feel comfortable, the truth is she didn't want to because when I told her that I get prescribed the same medicine and I fill it in that pharmacy she looked at me like is my choice not yours. The point is that cvs corporate office is not supporting their customers, they completely disregarded me, they don't care about your suffering. Cvs is bad business for patients period.

1/18/24. Over the past several weeks and on several occasions, I have patronized the CVS store on East Brainerd Rd in Chattanooga. I was quite pleased with the service provided each time by a young clerk, Robert. So, store manager, give this fellow a bonus. RG

CVS will not mail prescriptions and they blame that on the usps. I’m a senior and in cold or bad weather can’t always make it to Wichita Falls to pick up prescriptions so I’m back to Walgreens who offer the services I need!

CVS IS A HORRIBLE PHARMACY! ONE PERSON WORKING AT CVS TOLD ME THEIR KETOTIFEN EYEDROPS BY SUBSCRIPTION WERE CVS BRAND & MADE IN AMERICA. I LOOKED AT THE LABEL & IT SAYS ANOTHER BRAND NOT CVS BRAND. THE EYEDROPS ARE BAYSHORE BRAND & ARE MADE IN INDIA. SO SHE LIED. YOU CANNOT ASK THE PHARMACISTS ANY QUESTIONS BECAUSE THEY PRETEND THAT YOU ARE NOT EVEN THERE OR YOU ARE THE INVISIBLE MAN WHO IS NOT EVEN WEARING A HAT. CVS IN NEW JERSEY TAKES 30-60 MINUTES TO ANSWER THE PHONE! THE DRIVE THRU WAS CLOSED 🔐 FOR A WHILE. CVS CLOSES AT 8PM! CUSTOMERS THAT GO THERE LOOK COMPLETELY ANGRY 😡. ONE PHARMACIST AT CVS ALSO STATED MY MEDICATION THAT WAS ORDERED FOR ME WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR 14 DAYS & THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE! DO YOURSELF A WONDERFUL FAVOR, GO ELSEWHERE! GO TO A SMALL FAMILY OWNED DISCOUNT PHARMACY INSTEAD!

How is this place even allowed to operate as a PHARMACY in this country ? CVS is truely a THIRD WORLD organization - could be the most disorganized, and incompetant organization in the USA. I have been trying to get my prescriptions "refilled" ! for 2 weeks. They are simply incapable - I had to change to one of their competitors to get my meddications filled ! I am so extremely thankful that CVS is out of my life !

The pharmacy in Seabrook NH has made me review my ability to do business with the cvs brand ever again. If their policy makes customers pay triple for the opportunity to bye a gift card. Then I will be switching pharmacies immediately. I don't want to do business with them anymore. I would absolutely love for all cvs pharmacies to start receiving phone calls and letters from anyone and everyone that has ever had to pay triple for the opportunity to bye a gift card from them. Let's start a boycott of all cvs pharmacies and stores until they change that policy. Please help in this unreasonable decision of them to make customers pay triple for the opportunity to bye a gift card. Thank you 😊 🙏
