This is a scam website
This is a scam website. They steal other companies' content and product images and edit them into mockups as their own. The address they list is a coworking space in Austin, TX, that is aware of the scam and has had several people reach out to them about it. Feel free to lookup the address and call/email the business at the address yourself. The reviews on their website are fake as well and taken from the companies from which they stole the product photos. Make sure to do your research and order genuine products to save yourself the headache.

Scam website selling fraudulent
Scam website selling fraudulent, trademarked and counterfeit goods. I know, because I'm the business owner of one of these products. They stole our images, descriptions, customer reviews, etc. They scraped our site and copied everything. Update to reply: read this slowly. You stole our listing, our photos, our customer reviews and are masquerading them as your own. Your response is canned and you are fraudsters. Congrats.

Not to be trusted
Not to be trusted. Listed address is for a Texas mailing service and phone number is for NASA in New York. The item shown will only partially resemble what you receive after about a month of shipping from abroad. But close counts for CustomFam and since all of their items are "custom" they don't qualify for the listed 30 day returns for items you don't like. The site is a scam top to bottom and I'm just happy I only lost $100.

Dear Daniel, We sincerely regret that your experience with CustomFam did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously and always strive to improve our service. We want to clarify that we have been in contact with you multiple times regarding your order and have also responded to your dispute request. We understand your concerns, and we’ve done our best to provide a fair resolution. Regarding our business details, while our production partners are located abroad, our customer service team is based in the U.S., and we provide clear shipping timelines on our website. Additionally, because all our products are custom-made to order, our refund and return policies are clearly stated at checkout to ensure transparency. That being said, we never want a customer to feel unhappy with their experience. If there’s anything further we can do to assist you, please feel free to reach out. Best regards, Customer Support Department Customfam LLC

It was a process
Okay so.. I originally ordered this the Halloween In This House We... plank for Christmas. Said it would arrive just after. Okay. I did order it a little too late. 1 week before Christmas, it was still "awaiting shipment" in some town in Texas. Another 2 weeks go by and same thing. I reached out to Customer Service and was told because of the holidays, wait time is longer than expected. 1 week later and still nothing. I reach out to customer service again, only to get automated emails. I reached out practically every day until I got a hold of someone who notified me the item got "lost in transit". They were kind enough to send me another one. The quality of the item was great and I was happy with the product. The major downside was that "journey" of getting this package

Poor Quality Items
I ordered a custom wood national parks map back in November. The build quality was poor (frame was not finished) so I accepted their offer of a replacement. It took over a month for the initial order to arrive and another month for the replacement. The replacement is still of poor quality, there are nail holes in the frame and the design is not what I ordered. I am getting continual pushback from customer service. They have not yet issued a refund. Do not order from here.
Response from CustomfamMar 21, 2025
Dear Knowles, We're truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order, despite our efforts to provide a replacement. The quality of our products is very important to us, and we always strive to meet our customers' expectations. The replacement maps we sent were carefully crafted, and the small nail holes in the frame are a necessary part of securing the structure for durability. We regret that this did not meet your preferences and truly appreciate your feedback. We always aim to provide the best service possible, and we’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations this time. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working to improve both our products and customer experience. Best regards, Customfam
