Dear Cindy Kessler We’re truly sorry for the disappointing experience with your order. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long and not get timely responses. Unfortunately, there were unexpected delays from the shipping carrier — something that was unfortunately outside of our control. We also sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your order. That’s not the level of service we strive to provide, and we’re glad to know your package has now been delivered. If there’s anything we can still do to make things right, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We truly value your feedback and hope to have another chance to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, Customer Service Team
