Excellent Service

It was an awesome experience, very nice quality products will definitely shop here again

CUSTOMFAM sent my package out with an incomplete address. It got shuffled around between Dulles, Washington DC, and Merrifield VA for like 2 weeks now. Even if I made the mistake with the address, tell me another website that allows transactions to go through with the street address field blank? AND they refuse to send another one with the address corrected or refund me. TERRIBLE experience. Definitely rethink ordering from them.

Products were really cute and unique. When I thought there was an issue, the customer service was very patient and responsive, even when I realized I had made the mistake and not them. I'll definitely be looking here for any future gifts.

I received regular email updates that my order was received, it was starting production, and even one that they were doing final quality control checks. Then nothing. So I emailed, and they sent me a tracking number saying it had been shipped. Except it hasn’t. Just a tracking number that says a label has been created. As others have received similar notes, I’m assuming everyone is receiving the same generic tracking number that will never actually ship (mine ends in 9833 - guessing it’s been used for others as well). I’ve requested a refund 4 times now - and have heard nothing. The positive reviews are all very generic, so I’m assuming this is a scam company who will never ship anything. We’ve already contested our charge with our credit card company, so hopefully they will be able to rectify a refund for us. Avoid CustomFam.

After reading all the other comments since October, I am anxious that my husband’s Christmas gift will not arrive now. I placed an order 12/2/24. I received a message that said it was shipped 12/12/24 and expected 12/18/24. I checked on 12/19/24 since it had not arrived and UPS states that a label was created on 12/12/24, but they have not received the item. Customer service is answering with an automated replay and no one answers the customer service phone number. They can still make this right, if they make another map and overnight it me, then I will update the review. Otherwise, do not trust that this company will send you the product your ordered. It was my main present for my husband’s Christmas.

The customer service I received from your company, is the best I have ever had, in all my years ordering online. Your employees should be commended, especially Emma, she was amazing!! I was kept up to date throughout the whole order/shipping process, and that means the world to me. I had made a mistake with my personalization of my order, and they got it fixed right away, which was so comforting!

Really nice product. Order was delayed a few weeks. When I reached out to customer service they got back to me very quickly and were able to fulfill my order within the week. Great service!
