I'll be honest with you was a little concerned with the time of order and the duration in which it took. I was not happy with the tracking method but understood with such a high volume of orders that it would be difficult. I want to thank Emma & Lucie for responding and doing what they could my shirt arrived just in time which restored faith thank you and keep up the good work.

The product was beautiful and exceeded my expectations! Very well packaged and extremely well built, the print was exactly what I ordered! This surprised me because the ordering process was not straight forward and lacked feed back. Tracking was also lacking I that regard.

Okay so.. I originally ordered this the Halloween In This House We... plank for Christmas. Said it would arrive just after. Okay. I did order it a little too late. 1 week before Christmas, it was still "awaiting shipment" in some town in Texas. Another 2 weeks go by and same thing. I reached out to Customer Service and was told because of the holidays, wait time is longer than expected. 1 week later and still nothing. I reach out to customer service again, only to get automated emails. I reached out practically every day until I got a hold of someone who notified me the item got "lost in transit". They were kind enough to send me another one. The quality of the item was great and I was happy with the product. The major downside was that "journey" of getting this package

Very pleased with the outcome of my ornament of my house. Great attention to detail when made and you can tell they took their time to not look like a cheaply made item. Excited to have as a stocking stuffer for my husband and a forever memory keep sake of our first home.

When the item was received, 2 of the corners of the frame were chipped. And it would have been nice if the scary movie magnet on the frame had a knife like it does in the ornament I received
