Emma provided excellent customer service. My table runner was not what I expected. So she made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and had it made for me again. It arrived today and is perfect and beautiful. I really appreciate the extra effort and care she gave me.

Horror movie character print.
I ordered a print of horror movie characters with saying beneath each to place in my home. Communication was good and the product was delivered close to promised date. Completely happy with the quality, shipping and product was as described!

Beautiful
I seen your ad on Facebook and it touch my heart but in just a couple months I had a dear friend to pass away so I ordered the canvas titled " he has you in his arms, we have you in our hearts, I sent my friends photo to personalize it and when I received the canvas it was more beautiful in person, I well be gifting this to her husband. Thanks again for a beautiful heart touch item.

This company is wonderful
This company is wonderful. I ordered a canvas about my son's dog and had to make a change. They did! When it arrived, it was packaged more than carefully, and the canvas - well - just too perfect - and beautifully framed. 2025 hasn't been a good year...daughter died, husband died, son was told by his wife she wanted a divorce, son's dog had to be "put down" because of decline due to age. The people at Customfam...just not enough words to thank. Caring, lovely people.
