We would, however, like to clarify that we have not refused to assist with this issue. After reviewing the case, our team offered to produce and send a corrected replacement at no additional cost. We are currently working with the customer directly to complete that resolution. Regarding the design application, the product is created using the production method specified for this item. However, we understand that the finished appearance may not have matched the customer’s expectations, and we have shared this feedback with our production team for further review.
