UPDATE: The ornament I initially received was very poorly printed. After leaving a two-star review, I was contacted by customer service, who admitted there was an issue and offered a replacement. The replacement was as nice as I expected the original to be. They even upgraded it to a larger size. ORIGINAL REVIEW: There are many cute ornaments one can get to commemorate The Eras Tour. This isn't one of them. The printing is not nearly as dark and crisp as promised in the ads and item listing. It's pale and blurry. Don't waste your money buying from CustomFam.

So the product idea is so great! Love the concept. But the shipping box was awful! Didn’t event cover the whole product. It seems to be very cheaply made. There was a small hole on one of the states. Want to love this but not worth the $100 it cost!

My question was answered promptly by their amazing team and my Trump ornament was really well made and so many of my friends loved it I ordered more as gifts. 🎁

Very disappointed in my order. The date was illegible and the picture was so dark is was nearly unrecognizable.

This blanket is cute, but for the cost I was not expecting it to be so thin. It’s ridiculously thin. I even upgraded thinking I was going to get a thicker product. I would hate to see what the less expensive version looks like. Disappointed and if I had to do it over again I would just go buy some flannel and stitch a grinch picture on it. Very low quality

I found those website by accident, and I loved everything on it. So was it to good to be true. No indeed, I ordered the Grinch Mug. It came in a short time and was everything I wanted. Loved the experience.
