I’m writing this review in hopes that I will receive an actual answer on the product I ordered and the shipping. I keep being told it is the shipping partners fault for the delay, but according to the usps website, the only thing customfam has done is create a shipping label. It’s been 3 weeks so far, and I still cannot get an answer. I have contacted this company both through email and through Facebook messenger. I get the same response from each. At this point, the customer service is unacceptable. I even received an email yesterday asking for a review! Of a product that as far as I can tell hasn’t even shipped! I will continue to question this company by every means possible, until I get the product I ordered, or they refund my purchase!

Was very satisfied with my purchase of the national park map. It is beautiful and will be very much appreciated by my son and his wife as they visit the parks and then be able to mark each one visited on their map. It is going to be a Christmas present. I can't wait for them to see it.
