Dear Catherine: We are deeply sorry to learn that you have not yet received your curtains, and we completely understand your anxiety. It is entirely reasonable that your custom order was delivered before receiving the feedback notification. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenient timing of the automated system message. Please rest assured that we are actively tracking your shipment. We have found that the logistics carrier, FedEx, lost the package. Our customer support specialist, George, has sent photos of the order's quality inspection process and an inquiry regarding whether the order needs to be remade to your email address. Please reply to George so that we can confirm your order needs to be remade. Sincerely, The Curtarra Team
