I have been a customer of Curtarra for about four years. I first ordered custom curtains for my home several years ago, and I was very impressed with their quality and craftsmanship.
Recently, I needed blackout curtains for my bedroom and decided to order from Curtarra again. Unfortunately, the color of the fabric I selected online looked quite different in person and did not match my expectations. Since the curtains were custom-made, returning them was not an option.
I contacted Curtarra's customer support, and this is where their service truly stood out. George from the support team did an exceptional job helping me resolve the issue. He arranged for free fabric samples so I could choose a color that better suited my room, and he also provided a 60% discount on my replacement order. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help turned a disappointing situation into a very positive experience.
I have now received the new curtains, and they are absolutely perfect. The color is exactly what I wanted, they fit my needs beautifully, and the quality is outstanding. The curtains look amazing in my bedroom, and I also find the pricing to be very reasonable for a custom-made product.

Terrible experience, terrible quality
I ordered a motorized ceiling mounted track and curtains for our bedroom. The box came and was a bit mangled up from shipping out of China and having to get through customs and UPS and everyone else that handled it. The inside was reasonably packaged to avoid any obvious damage.
The installation parts were a bit thrown throughtout the box and not located in one package. It came with two sets of "instructions" with micro print, one labeled S Wave Motorized Curtain Instruction and the other one just Motorized Curtain Instruction.
There's very few words on the instructions themselves and the ones that are there are confusing at best. I went to their website because I remember seeing an installation video; the video didn't match the written instructions whatsoever and for whatever reason they recorded it and sped up the playback way too fast. After watching it at half speed I made another attempt to figure out the install and just could not. I contacted their customer service via chat and they told me to just watch the video. I asked multiple specific questions, particularly one about the draw string as to where it should attach to the pulley and she said it didn't need to that it would just work.
Well, it doesn't. When the pulley opens the hooks stay put because the pulley isn't pulling on the string. Now I can't get the pulley to go back the other way it's just stuck.
I thought I was buying a high end product and believe me, this is not high end. This is cheap quality, terrible instructions and even worse support.

I designed and built a home theater
I designed and built a home theater. Instead of reflective walls I wanted more theater-like sound absorptive material. So the best option was full length wall curtains. I ordered 10ft and 17ft curtains from Curtarra. I had checked other curtain websites but did not like the quality control and return policy. Long story short, after a significant investment I was overjoyed to find the exact custom sizes I had ordered without any flaws in fabric or quality. Would highly recommend for projects requiring quality. We went with a pinch pleat polyester style.
