Great range of fabrics and colors…
Great range of fabrics and colors available. Ability to fully customize type and size of curtains. For this type of service, my order was reasonably priced.

Even with troubleshooting
Even with troubleshooting, unable to get the cordless Roman shade to go up.
Response from CurtarraOct 9, 2026
Hi MML, We’re so sorry to hear that your cordless Roman shade isn’t operating smoothly. Custom shades should be effortless to use every day! Correct Operation: Place your hand behind the shade to ensure neat, natural pleat stacking. Incorrect Operation: Placing your hand in front causes uneven folds and messy stacking. Hope this guide works for you. If you have any other issues, feel free to contact our support team ([email protected]). Thanks Curtarra Team

Perfect description and order matched…
Perfect description and order matched expectations. Well crafted, beautiful and exact dimensions. Still a little more than I wanted to pay but when you have a 14 foot 3 pane sliding glass, you don't have many options so we had to customize with Curtarra. Easy setup. I had to purchase additional mounting hardware due to drywall only installation since they only provided screws and anchors that would work only with studs or a few drywall areas for the 6 brackets.
Response from CurtarraOct 12, 2026
Dear Scott, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback! Crafting custom treatments for large installations like a 14-foot sliding glass door is a specialty of ours, and we are delighted that the final result matches your expectations so beautifully. We also greatly appreciate your note regarding the mounting hardware for drywall-only setups; insights like yours help us continually improve our customer guidance. Thank you for choosing Curtarra for your home! Warmly, The Curtarra Team
