I have not received my products or order, and I waited forever on their chat without any resolution. I have been emailing them constantly. They never answer their chats. You wait forever. Their communication is really bad. I just want to get my money back now. My experience is a lasting one.

The worst experience I ever had with an online purchase. It’s been over a week since I placed my order online, I have not received any updates, I tried getting in touch with them using their online chat, sent lots of emails and no one is replying to my messages. The payment for the products have gone through so now I am left with the problem of trying to report this and to try and get my money back. I am desperate, frustrated and disgusted by the whole experience!!! I will NEVER buy anything from them!!!!

I love their products and exclusively use them for my hair. Recently, their EU shipping and customer service has gone downhill. I ordered some products in August 2022 and the package was 'lost' - they didn't use my Eircode which is essential to delivery, and was provided to them, so my package got sent back to them. I had to wait over a month for them to issue a refund. I decided to order some of their black Friday sales. I just received the package where my products were just thrown into an oversized box, no protection in the box at all to reduce movement or prevent damage. Some of the products came open in transit, and one of my products was completely empty upon arrival. I love their products, but won't chance ordering again from their website.
