Have not received my order.

Delivery was fast, and the products were really amazing! Too bad they are a bit pricey, but my hair absolutely loved them!

Delivered in good time, packaged well. Love the free sample (shine conditioner will be my next purchase!). Shampoo smells and feels great, I like the fact that it lathers as I still can't get used to products that don't. Will be trying lots of different products in the future.

This is the second time I have problems… This is the second time I have problems with delivery I always specify my phone number but when it gets to delivery they say they didn't have my phone number and send my parcel back No communication from curlsmith whatsoever I have to call DPD and talk to them about the delivery, but they said the sender told them to send my parcel back Why didn't you contact me in the first place? Would I even get my money back? Please sort out your delivery process, I hate to ruin the impression about the products themselves for this very low quality customer service

This was my first time and last time to order from Curlsmith! I wish I didn’t bother and just ordered from a more reliable supplier! My package was shipped on the 3rd October and I still haven’t received and now the tracking hasn’t been updated in 11 days. Curlsmith have now stopped replying to my emails! Don’t order from here, it’s not worth the stress considering how expensive the products are!

I wish I could have tested the products but I couldn’t go that far. I waited for 2 months now, havent gotten an E-Mail with a shipping number or anything. So I asked them where it is a 1 or 2 weeks ago. It has been “lost in transit” they wanted to know if they should send it again or refund me. I had hope so I wanted them to send it again but this time I wanted a shipping number. Since then I haven’t heard from them anymore. Don’t buy at their website!

Great products and prices, so happy I found this site.

I have been ordering the shampoo and conditioning products for my daughter’s curly hair (3B curls) have found them to be very good; do not dry the curls and do not have a strong fragrance (which is good). Both products could have benefitted from being bigger. The conditioner was completely used up in 3 washes. I have also ordered the micro fibre towel and the misting bottle. Both are excellent.
