I love how fast I get my orders. The products are always great. My hair loves them! Always worth the money

After a month from the order date the items are still not delivered, no clear information about shipping is provided, no money refunded. Communication with support wasn't helpful, still waiting for this issue to be resolved (hopefully before involving a lawyer).

I originally found this brand on Amazon and got a couple items from there that I love and eventually I checked out the Curlsmith website. There was a buy one get one half off sale and so I got a bunch of products since the CurlSmith items I got off Amazon were absolutely amazing and have helped my hair get much healthier. I could tell a difference in my hair almost right away after I started using their products. Everything I use now for my hair is curlsmith…I’ve become obsessed a little I think lol I LOVE how everything is all natural and there are no chemicals at all because I do have a rare allergy disorder that makes me very sensitive to anything chemical based, even the slightest scent that is from non natural sources will make it hard for me to breathe. Some of the curlsmith products smell SO good that I would eat it if I could…the scent is soo yummy and doesn’t bother my allergies at all. I am so happy I discovered this company and I’m happy I had an issue with Amazon that brought me to the website where there’s wayy more selection of products, and the BOGO sale was obviously a huge bonus too.

The order was correct and packaged well. However, it wasn’t shipped until a week after ordering. Also, the shipping partner used is really slow. It took several days to travel just a couple of states away. I do really like the products though, so I will continue to purchase. I just will keep my expectations low for getting an order quickly.

Customer service was quick to respond to questions I had about a recent order in which part of the order became out of stock just after the order was placed.

Items didn't ship for over a week and then I was missing a $27 conditioner!

The shampoo, conditioner and styling gel gave me the control I needed, It helped lessen how frizzy my hair gets in damp weather.

I ordered the weightless air cream and the jelly. I have 2b waves and from all the adverts and other reviews expected more. Can't say I noticed any difference except my hair feels like it has product in it. It claims not to leave build up but after 2 days my scalp has flakey build up which I have not had before. I am going to persevere with it and use less on the next use and maybe try without the jelly. After 2 days I have resorted back to my straighteners as my hair is becoming frizzy and losing wave definition which is normally what happens without products anyway. I am disappointed as just those two products were £30 alone so not keen to try anything else in their range. If after more uses this changes I will update my review.
