I have ordered from Curl Smith before so I should know better! The first order 1 Year ago during COVID was a disaster Christine a Rep. would not replace bottles of shampoo conditioner even with pictures of bottles broken in transport. My Credit Company just returned charges and yes then Curl Smith suddenly wanted to talk to me? This time I ordered the hairdryer only to have it held up at Customs because they would not pay the duties that they clearly stated contract they would! They have a bogus phone line that Fed Ex has called and called. It is just a pretend line. N0-one answers emails also so that is fake too. Finally Fed Ex sent me my parcel but once I am invoiced look out Curl Smith they will be collecting duties and fines as once again you choose to ignore your customer. This is fraud as they completed box that said yes they would pay duties but have yet to even answer, Oh yes I forgot there is no phone line as checked by phone company and email address is not up and running! Buyer Beware. A company that the Customs office is looking into! Buyer Beware! Update Some of five star reviews are not real. As checked by person I dealt with FDA.

Love the majority of the products I try. Deliver quickly, well packed. Customer service is quick to resolve any problems.

I have nothing but good things to say about Curlsmith’s products, especially the Weightless Air Dry Cream. I love that I can buy various sizes, and the Jumbo sizes are excellent value. My orders always arrive promptly with the products well packaged to avoid any in transit mishaps. Definitely a happy customer.

I ordered my product on The 10. august and havent got it yet. No tracking number and they dont answer my email. The money has already been transferet to their account. I have payed for somerhing i haven’t got. Realy realy bad service!!!!

Another bad experience here. I waited two weeks for an order that was close to £70 without a tracking number or delivery status. I was told this was down to a glitch and that it was being processed. When I asked when I would get my delivery, I got an automated message saying my order's been cancelled and I'll get a refund in five days. I would have waited it out but will now just take the refund. I'm a big fan of Curlsmith's products but won't be shopping here again. If there's a processing problem, there should be clarity on that before people order.

Order placed 11 August with 2-3 days delivery promise, still waiting and it’s the 24th. Still no tracking number and no email to confirm when I will receive this. So frustrated as Curlsmith do not answer your emails.

Really disappointed in my experience with their products. Their products are very expensive but as someone who is desperate to find a fragrance free range I had to spend £30 for just 3 travel size shampoo. Conditioner and the cream styler. They too small and as the shampoo does not foam enough so they run out quickly. I think this is an absolute rip off and they should review their prices. The gel and cream styler are so sticky and not worth a penny and they do nothing. I warn everyone who wants to try their products just to avoid them or least not try to buy so many of them before they get a idea of their quality of products.

Fast delivery and lovely products will definitely be ordering again :)
