I have 2A hair that gets greasy quickly, and the Weightless shampoo extended my washes from 3 days to 4, which I love, and the conditioner makes my hair so soft, but I will say the product has a very strong smell, so if you are sensitive to scent, maybe not for you. Well, the smell is not bad, it's just very strong, but I still love their products. My hair has never been so soft and defined overall love their products, but if I had to change anything is the scent, since they claim to have more natural products, and there are ways to have a more subtle scent

Love the items These have really helped with my curls lots of items are great for my hair type. Covers all types of hair something for everyone. I saw these products on instagram from a influencer (which I dont usually purchase due to this) but her hair was amazing so tried it and was very happy that I did.

I love the product! The pump broke on the larger sized bottle in transit and that's my only gripe, but I don't really care for pumps so I just use it to refill my smaller bottle.

I used to love Curlsmith. They were doing magic with my hair (wavy and thick very long hair). Then they decide to change their formula and discontinue all the products I was using. I tried a new routine, it has destroyed my hairs beyond repairs.

I filled out the questionnaire to understand what products would be best for me and really put effort into providing the best possible answers. I then bought 4 of the recommended products and I can only say that I have never experienced anything like this! My hair became extremely dry and felt like what I can only describe as straw like. I went to hairdressers who had never felt or seen something like this. If you are considering buying these please please please reconsider!! It took more than half a year for my hair to recover and even now it’s still not healthy.

Never received my order. They use GLS delivery so I will never order from them again.

First disappointment in several years of being a Curlsmith customer. DPD made an unexplained error, claiming it was delivered but then actually sending it back to Curlsmith. I complained to DPD to no avail, I wrote to Curlsmith and they said they can't offer another courier and they would refund me when they receive the parcel back. No offer to investigate with DPD even? So it's my fault that DPD made an unexplained error and now can only tell me that I should check with the seller? They can't explain why the missing parcel is "on its way to sender" for several days now, but Curlsmith won't even check? If DPD don't return this, I have to bear the cost of the missing product? I might as well be shopping for Curlsmith products with a third party that offers better customer care. In the meantime, I'm £120+ out of pocket... so frustrating.
