I ordered a customizer a while back and unfortunately it happened to be one of the defective ones that Culiau was in the process of sorting out. I got in contact with customer support and they replaced my customizer without hassle! Customer support alone is worthy of 5 stars as well as the customizer. The new one runs beautifully and sounds much nicer than the 1st one I received! Thank you so much for making this process super easy and replacing my customizer!!!! I strongly suggest ordering one from Culiau. They truly stand behind their products!

I ordered 2 complete sets on Dec 4 as Xmas gifts for two family members. It’s now the 28th and there’s still no sign of them… Even if the problem is with the local post office, the firm should have been aware of that possibility (since the USPS has been very publicly struggling for at least 2 years).
