I bought the engraving pen which unfortunately was missing a few bits, I contacted support and they responded very quickly, specifically Carla was amazing help. The pen though is great, the packaging wonderful and very much look forward to giving it to my partner for xmas.

So I got 2 faulty units and this company cared so much that they replaced it both times without me having to do anything except send a video proof. All they cared about was making sure their customer was satisfied. I also would like to say they did make changes to the engraver as well and the changes made this machine even better. I am so very impressed with this company's customer service so I highly reccomend their products and their service.

The latest version of Customizer is a valuable tool for every micro woodcarving crafter! Very solid body, safely stable fastening of the bits/tips. Great variety of well manufactured bits. And last but not least noiseless. Very light and discreet the engine noise. All in all very carefully built and worth its value! I have tried many similar tools. This is the best I have purchased! I recommend it 100% And as far as customer-experience I can mention the top rated after-sales service!

I usually don't leave reviews but for this I had to.i bought the engraving tool.super fast shipping.only problem was there was a issue with the bits staying in the tool.i email ed customer service,got a reply within 2 hours.i was asked to send a video and pics,which I did.again a reply super quick telling me a new one is on its way.unreal,no questions asked.and to my surprise they also included a extra item for the inconvenience.what more can you ask for.5 Stars..No 10 STARS HANDS DOWN. Definitely will keep this company on the TOP of my Shopping list THANK YOU THANK THANK YOU. AL FONTAINE
