Great product. Easy to use. Love the USB charger. Fast shipping

Fast delivery. Wonderful product.

Bought this for my daughter and it didn’t work from the start, they were very responsive and replaced it with one that works really well. Excellent customer service to make things right. My daughter loves her engraver and we are delighted with her creations.

Excellent product. Very handy and easy to use. Great for craft projects and even a great thing to have around the house! Can’t wait to try out the extra accessories I purchased! Shipping time was very reasonable. I received it exactly 3weeks after ordering. Thank you Culiau!

Update: I did finally receive my purchase 3 weeks after purchase. The only reason I did receive it when I did was because I personally filed a missing package with USPS after it had sat a few hours away from my address for days without moving. They found the package within a few hours and delivered it the next day. Once the company did respond which took days, never once did they offer to even try to reach out to the carrier just stated "I'm sure it will be delivered soon". Although I do enjoy the products I'm not going to purchase from them again. And they should state on their website that the products are shipping directly from China and not that they will arrive within 3-8 days. They have asked me twice to change my review as well, but I think people should now before purchasing that it can take a long time for the purchase to arrive. Purchased multiple items on December 5th, as of December 21st still don't have my purchase and no response from customer service. Was going to make Christmas gifts with this and now I can't. Poor service

It is an awesome little tool. It helped keep me busy while the power was out. Making everyone Christmas presents with it.

Great product it gives me more room and flexibly to engrave any angle i need without restrictions. It has made my job so much easier...

I bought my first one six months ago to have my son have something else to keep him busy after major surgery. I am a master craftsman. I tried it before I gave it to him and was super impresed. I have decided to buy myself one and also order one for my father who has been stuck on the best shaft drive Dremel type tools for 20 years. He is also a master craftsman and far better than me, I have idolized his talent my entire life. He turns on a lathe and then embellishes every thing he does with carvings . He is 81 ueTs old and still teaching people how to turn. I truly think he will love this lightweight tool instead of carrying all the gear every . This tool does really run for 4 hours. I have never in life purchased three of the same tool. This tool is so good I bought two more. You decide. I'm going to buy for my talented family . Best product I have ever bought online!!!!!
