Crunch FitnessReviews of crunch.com

Do not join Crunch Katy if you want non stop unauthorized charges to your account after canceling!!!! This gym is a mess, if you requested to be transferred over a different location, and you process cancellation with the other location, they still charge you despite your account being cancelled months ago!!!! Do not ignore the warnings! I read reviews about how difficult to cancel a membership was and ignored and now i am $80 out of my account. I opened a complaint with the Katy BB.

Trash. Too expensive. Don’t treat people fairly.

Stay away from Crunch Fitness Unprofessional personnel who fail at simple tasks, especially if you are a VENDOR; stay away from their VENDOR program. It's as crapy and not worth a penny

My Family and I have been Crunch members for over three years. The biggest problem we have is lack of maintenance of the equipment. It takes a long time to repair and often the equipment not fixed properly. In spite of our request and complaints, they are ignored.

Racist people

Their marketing scheme is extremely deceitful when they are trying to highlight their low monthly fee's but when you read the fine print the fee's actually wind up being more expensive than any other gym that I have been to. When you want to cancel your membership they screw you then too. I was a member for only 3 months and wound up paying around $250.00 and my first month was supposedly only a penny.

I recently applied at this location after noticing they had zero job listings on their website. I went through a phone interview followed by two face-to-face interviews. Despite explicitly requiring professional references, management never bothered to contact them, which points to a disorganized and inconsistent onboarding process.More importantly, the workplace culture here is highly unprofessional. The Fitness Manager, Adam, has been actively gossiping and running his mouth to current employees about me. Creating tension and spreading rumors about an applicant he has never worked with—and does not know—is incredibly toxic. This behavior aligns directly with the poor management reviews he earned during his time at 24 Hour Fitness. If you are a professional looking for a structured environment with strong leadership, look elsewhere. This location fosters unnecessary drama and lacks basic operational standards.

Thought I found the best gym. Unfortunately its staffed by the worst ppl of humanity. No thanks. Membership CANCELLED.
