I placed my order on Nov 30. I was informed via email that my order was shipped on Dec 12 and would arrive by Christmas. Today is Dec 27 and still no delivery. When I use the USPS tracking number you provided, I get no details, only that delivery will happen today. That msg has been appearing every day since Dec 16. When I put the tracking number on the USPS website, I get this msg: “Info available soon. USPS doesn’t have a status update on this item shipped from the Post Office. Info is usually updated within the hour of your visit. Please check back soon.” Where is my order?!

It was easy to order. I changed my mind on the picture and they accommodated me right away. Fast approval of what your pic will look like. Super cute idea for a gift to surprise a pet parent. Will do this again!

I've ordered from Crown and Paw in the past and the work looks great! Very cute gift for the creative pet lovers out there.

When you submit a picture to Crown & Paw, be sure it is EXACTLY how you want the portrait to come out. I sent them a picture of my friend's cat that I wanted as a surprise gift and the angle was slightly off. They give you the opportunity to see what it will look like before sending it out and at that point you can submit a different picture or "provide feedback" on changes. I put that in quotes because there apparently is nobody who actually reads the feedback. I spent about a week going back and forth 3 times asking them to make a small tweak to the picture only to have them send me back the exact same results every time. This tells me it's likely an automated process that could be done by anyone with some Photoshop experience. For the cost and lack of any type of customization, you'd be better off shopping around for something similar on Etsy.

Ordering was super easy and not complicated at all. I have a friend on Facebook who did this for both of her dogs and they came out AMAZING.

Ordered 3 items in early December. I was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Received email to approve artwork and I submitted one revision. I didn’t hear back for WEEKS. I sent many emails and they were very unresponsive. They missed the Christmas guarantee. My items still have not shipped. I hope they offer me a partial refund for this. I’ve ordered from Crown & Paw before and the quality is excellent but this service makes me question whether I will ever place another order with them.

I ordered at the beginning of the month, and it’s now past Christmas, the order still hasn’t been shipped. For what we pay for this product, I’d would have thought I wouldn’t be waiting four weeks. Never again. I’m about to dispute the charge. Yes, it has now finally been delivered. After the new year.
