Ordered a print for Christmas and the print was too dark. Couldn’t see my dogs eyes. They sent me another one and the 2nd copy was worse than the first copy. They sent me a print where the printer looks like it was dying and there were streaks all over the copy. Their support team says no refunds/ no returns. They keep trying to send me another copy, but this was a Christmas present and is no longer needed. Went to another company that was more trustworthy. I hate giving negative reviews, but this is an awful way to do business. I’m not thrilled. I just want my money back instead of another copy.

The website makes it so easy to upload the photos. Great fun options to chose from. This is my third purchase and know that more friends will get this as a surprise present.

I was given a gift certificate for the holidays. What a fun site! We all love our animals now as children. My Cavalier dressed formally with a top hat? Can't wait.

Well laid out website and user-friendly.

Between the time I ordered the poster and it arrived I received FOUR marketing emails (and 15 emails total). They ask you to review the artwork and approve or make requests, so I made a request. 2 days later they asked me to review the exact same artwork (they had not made changes). Since it was already going to be late I just approved it. Decent photoshop but could be done on Canva in about 20 minutes. Summary: Exaggerated personalization and really annoying marketing. Reported as spam.

Hit it out of the ballpark!!!! The craftsmanship is totally awesome! This was my 4th purchase. I’ll forever keep purchasing at Crown & Paw!! Happy New Year to all.

I have still not received my product. I have tried to contact by email. This was a Christmas gift for my mother. Still have not even seen the proof…. However they took the 74$ out of my account weeks ago. Really disappointed. I love there products and have purchased in the past. Not sure what the issue is.
