I would give Negative Stars if it was allowed! I place my order with this horrible company on the 15th, paid extra to jump the que and today is day 9 and I still haven't heard from an Artist or seen what the print is even going to look like. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, which won't even make it now. I sent an email requesting an update, they responded 2 days later saying they would try to speed up the process, I responded to that email the same day and have not heard back from them and that was 3 days ago. I just sent an email requesting my refund, either I'll get ghosted or my artwork will magically be finished. This company is useless, have poor customer service, and no way to contact other that an email. Save your time and money, they don't give a crap about you... ETSY has way better options and customer service!

A different & unique gift

Ordered two days before their advertised Christmas delivery cut off date and paid extra to skip the line just in case. My order has been sitting in “queued for printing” for over a week. It is a gift for my mom and she’s leaving her current location the day after Christmas. I’ve sent two emails informing them that if it’s not going to make it by Christmas (which it appears it is not) I NEED to update the address. No progress on the print and no response to email. Also my partner ordered one for his sister two days after I did and it’s already shipped, so that’s extra confusing/frustrating.

The C&P Team always insure that an order is to the customer's satisfaction.

This is our 3rd purchase......and the first 2 were amazing ( jedi, brothers ) I highly recommend to any pet lovers!

This company is so willing to work with me! I always have a lot of questions and they always answer them. The finished portraits are absolutely beautiful. They make wonderful gifts.
