I ordered this item in November, fully paid for it and I still haven’t received it two months later. I haven’t heard anything from the company.

The process is relatively simple and intuitive. The product is of good quality and a reasonable price point. This is a wonderful, whimsical gift for pet lovers!

The buttons to submit on the various screens are a pale red which makes it look like there is missing information to make it a bright red. Is there anyway to categorize the options by outfit type e.g. - Royal etc

Horrible nonsense. Received a damaged, low-quality product. Looked like the canvas printer was dying but they were pushing it through anyways. Weeks of delays on replies from the company, and then all they want to do is try and replace it with AN EVEN WORSE IMAGE. It's appalling. I've used photoshop for maybe 20 hours of my life, and sadly I know what tools they're using and how absolutely juvenile their business practice is. Avoid at all costs.
