The artwork is good but I was disappointed it doesn’t fit a normal digital print size frame. There is a barcode at the bottom of the picture that I had to figure out how to cover up also. For the price I was hoping for better quality and ease to frame.

The mock up of my order looks great, and I hope that the final object will be, as well. I have certainly earned it. Be warned: when you receive the up-sale offer with exclusive products, if you order anything, your original order is added to the new order. Meaning that you will get the original order (and pay for it) twice. Seems odd, but nonetheless. Also, there is no phone number to call to sort things out quickly and you’ve only 24 hours to cancel or alter an order. 24 hours seems sufficient unless you write with a clarification question and don’t get a response for 48 hours. But since the clock has started, your 24 hour window has elapsed by then… Good luck, patrons!

Maybe having more filter options available - 128 pages is a lot to go through! Otherwise a great experience :).

Unfortunately our order has been a very slow process that has required communication back and forward with Crown & Paw more than 8 times over two weeks. Our initial order was not available due to supply chain issues, which isnt a problem, but this wasnt communicated to us for a peiod of 3 weeks. Attempting to arrange a suitable replacement was a slow and lengthy process back and forwards. Unfortunately meaning the product wont be available for Christmas after placing the order in November.

It was super easy and fun to use! Can’t wait to see the outcome.
