Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

This site was super easy to use, I was able to upload picture, fast turn around on artwork, the artist did an awesome job I was able to review and approve on first review. Loved the step by step process. I cant wait to get my son's Christmas present.

I was really excited when I saw the artwork sent for my approval. Once my item was delivered I was super excited to open it. When I opened the package I was disappointed. Maybe it was the product I chose, but the blanket was just not what I was expecting.

Easy and quick

Very pleased with this order. The canvas turned out great and the turn around on my order arriving at my doorstep was really efficient!

I loved everything about my experience! It was so easy to navigate and choose the background I liked and I simply adore the results! Thank you so very much!

It's probably a no-no but I wanted my kids' faces on my sweatshirt, not my dogs'. But one of the photos I submitted had my dog in it also. Even though I specified that I wanted the human face from that image, the proof that was sent to me was of the dog. The next time around, the kids' faces were in the right spots. I just hope the delay from the mix-up doesn't mean it won't make it here in time for Christmas.

I submitted requested changes to my order and received no response.

This was my third portrait ordered from Crown & Paw and they were very responsive to my requests to minor adjustments to get the portrait just right. I appreciate their patience and responsiveness.
