There were some wrinkles to work out after my order was placed. However, communicating with Crown and Paw via email helped to straighten out the issues. I am very pleased with the communication and flexibility to come to a product that I am very anxious to receive. I was very impressed with the service provided.

Crown and Paw produced excellent canvas prints of our pets for Christmas. The service and communication throughout the order, production and delivery were terrific.

You use dishonest wording to lure in customers and bait and switch them, claiming to give unlimited revisions but charge when customers want photos changes. Then you claim the wording is specific to your type of business. Then you take over a week to respond when trying to reach you after agreeing to the charge because I want it done and can't get a refund anyways. Ridiculous. Used you before, won't use you after this.
