Crown & PawReviews of crownandpaw.com

It’s a great idea for gifts for people who love their dogs!

Great gift idea and they do a good job guiding you through the process.

Your communication is awful. You say you will get back to me in 24 hours but this does not happen. I’m still waiting to hear back and it’s been 2 days. My first email also took two days to get a response. My order is just sitting there and I still need to make revisions. There is no number to call for assistance. It’s all done through email and no one responds!!!! I’m not impressed!

Super cool site, cant wait to receive my order

The pillow I ordered exceeded my expectations. When I opened it, I actually started to cry. Unfortunately, the picture is of my two dogs that have passed away. The pillow is a gift for my husband, and I hope he loves it as much as I do.

I requested a changed after seeing how my photo looked on the selected outfit....was unbalanced, they changed the outfit and the photo looks great!!

One of the heads was off centered. I put in a request for it to be fixed and the image I got back was basically the same. Other than that I had a good experience!

Iv used crown & paw a few times now & am never disappointed
