The few minor issues I had with my order were handled quickly and efficiently.

I put this set up in my yard for my granddaughter. She loves it- I do too. The price is a little high ( for me), but it was expertly done. It is sturdy and does not shake at all. Thank you for a lovely swing set. I chose two swings , and a trapeze . Total came to almost $900. as I also had to have an old clothesline pole removed. ( $150.)

The delivery was rescheduled twice and both times we waited hours for them to show, took off work and they called at the end of the day to say they werent coming. The next time they swore they would come, even in the rain. Took off work. again. Then they called again after waiting hours to say they werent coming. When they finally did show up, the guys didnt know how to assemble to play set! It toon them 4 hrs to put up just the tower. They left and came back... which meant another day home. It took them a whole weekend after that, with extra guys, to put it together correctly. The saleswoman on the phone was rude and manager was careless. Terrible experience for the money paid... unfortunately there are not many companies out there for swingsets. Be prepared to deal with crap if you buy from them.

They did what they said they were going to do. They came on the date and time they said. Although at the time I was not thrilled about waiting three weeks but to their credit they delivered. My only hope is that my kids will continue to play on this for years to come because it certainly was not cheap. However you get what you paid for and this swing set is quality!!!

The transaction went perfectly! I would highly recommend going to Creative Playthings for your back yard upgrades. The kids love the trampoline.

The crew was fast, maybe too fast. There were some parts left over. Overall the experience was good.

Great service and set up was done quickly and professionally. The sets are expensive but the quality is amazing and worth the price

My children love their swingset! Very happy with it! They will definitely be using it for years to come! Love the size and features!
