We received the play set and there was a piece of wood chipped off the ladder for the monkey bars. My concern was one of the kids touching it and getting a splinter. The canton facility still has not come to change out the ladder that was promised in the summer.

Enjoyed my baketball hoop purchase from showroom to install. Sales people took their time, answering questions and demoing products in showroom. The guys that installed basketball hoop were very experienced, hardworking, took careful measurements, and wererespectful of my property. Highly recommend Creative Playthings if you need quality equipment installed correctly the first time.

it was an easy purchase( swing set) that was installed on time and without any issues.My grandson and great neice love it.we had the set treated for the coming winter and again efficient and timely.

Sales people were friendly and engaging with knowledge the 1 star rating is with the delivery and assembling. After my children played on our over $3000 swing set a couple of times one of the rock wall panels fell off. Come to find out all but 8 screws in our entire set was bent or broken. It head held together by almost nothing. My trust in the company left immediately and I replaced every piece of hardware myself. I’d recommend another company.

The unit looks are works great, besides a few boards that were loose no other issues with it The main issue is the way the sales person presented the so called lifetime warranty When it was all said and done, it turned out that the warranty only covers the wood, pressure treated wood that doesn’t go bad anyways for at least 20 years ... if you call in for wood warrarkty after the one year is up, you would be liable for labor charge but not the few dollars for the wood !!
