Reasonably priced and swingset was delivered and setup as promised.

The salesman told us some things about the instillation which the installer said were inaccurate (cutting the beam to a shorter length). I also think the installer forgot about the instillation of a part that wasn't available for the original instillation (not a problem, it was out of stock at the time), as they didn't come until the day after I called the store (about a month after the original request). Otherwise, the product is excellent and the store manager who came out to our home was great. He really stood out for me.

Buying and set up was great and very smooth. I got the set with a tire swing because my son loves them, but without seeing it in the showroom as they didn’t have the floor models. If I had known the tire was solid and there was no place for him to put his feet in I wouldn’t have wasted my money on this extra. He won’t use it as it is very uncomfortable for him to sit in. Either his feet drag or he’s in a contorted position to put them up. He loves the rest of the set (as do we) just not the part we specifically bought it for.

Awsome swingset

Excellent and sturdy construction that grandkids and the grandparents and parents can swing on it - it’s that strong! We had their swingset for our children when they were youngsters and now we bought a second one for our grandchildren 25 years later!! We highly recommend them. Love the fact that they install.

Customer service was excellent! Honest and upfront on what unit would fit. The set is perfect and my kids love it!

Great service and great product. It cost more than other play sets but great quality.

Our creative playthings swingset was probably the best purchase we've made for our three boys (ages 2, 5, and 8) ever. It is fantastic!
