I found the sales staff profesional, knowledgable and caring. The installation guy worked quickly and did a great job. I bought my swing set on sale so it was affordable.

The screws on my swingset are shearing after just 3 months of use. This is a safety hazard in my backyard and I won't let my kids use the rock wall since its falling apart due to the low quality screws. Terrible product.

This review is mainly because of the installation and subsequent poor customer service. The sales associate was great and in general we love the playset. The gentleman who installed the playset had issues from the start and installed pieces wrong. He left many open drill holes, did not use washers everywhere, left pieces unfastened and cracked some of the board. When I brought this to the attention of the salesperson I worked with he immediately connected me with the building department and he was very responsive throughout. However, I was consistently given the runaround by the building department and it took nearly three months to get the pieces replaced. Even still, they did not show up with all the right pieces, so it was only half fixed. This installer then showed me the paperwork he was submitting to get the rest of it fixed, but it has since been another 3 months. Again, while I think the product is great, I would not order through Creative Playthings again due to the poor installation and poor follow up.

It is truly Rich that deserves all the credit! His kindness and patience was much appreciated! You should feel proud to have him as a star employee!

Great set... wonderful build quality; something my children are going to enjoy for a long time.

The installer came out installed the set properly but tagged 2 posts for replacement because they had significant splits in the wood. I have left one message for the company a few weeks after the install but have never heard back. I would welcome a call and replacement of the said posts.
