The swing set is great but we had a few issues with the quality of some of the wood that needed to be replaced and it was very difficult to get someone to get back to me after numerous calls. I would expect better customer service for the price you pay for this swingset

Installation was quick, howeve, playset wood has some chips in the wood. Disappointing considering it is a $5k expense.

We purchased the Yorktown because the “fort” is great and is something my kids will use for many years even when they’ve outgrown the slide and swings. The installer was terrific, diligent, and thorough and went to great lengths to protect our grass as it started raining steady while he was building the set. Highly recommended.
