Great product, very durable.

We had a very good experience at our local store choosing our play set. The wait time for installation was only 3 weeks which was great. The play set looks really like and after a season of use is holding up well. My only complaint is I wish the swings were spaced further apart. There isn't much room for lopsided swinging and I worry about children accidentally colliding while swinging. But I do appreciate how solid the swing beam is. There is no sway which I love.

Excellent experience from purchase to set up . I bought another brand for my other granddaughters and the product is no where the quality of yours.

The team at creative playthings was amazing. After doing about 4 different blue prints for us of different sizing, the team came out and did a site survey and we had some landscaping to do before we were able to purchase. After a full year of saving/landscaping/etc. we walked in and the manager recognized us!! We got exactly what we needed! The team was also great with my kiddos (who were going CRAZY when they saw the show room). The install team came out and worked for 4 hours straight.... in 30* weather.... in the dark. And they were DELIGHTFUL!! They cleaned up everything and my yard looked awesome afterwards. My husband and I will be playing on this thing with the kids for years to come. It is WELL worth the investment!

My family loves the playset

I had a great experience at Creative Playthings! They have a huge display, a great range of price and size points, and my swing-set was delivered with in 2 weeks! The sales team and installers were great! And 6 months later my kids are still on the swingset every single day, rain, shine, or snow!

Great company to work with . On time and responsible !

Swingset is amazing. A consultant came to our house to help us decide which swingset option would fit best in our backyard. Installation was quick and done well. We went with the 9ft beam which I would highly recommend- kids of all ages can swing and play on the set.
