Basketball Hoop Bought an inground hoop for a holiday gift for my son. The staff there were very helpful and provided the pros and cons of each option. Great buying experience.

We have had the set for 3 months now and our 4 year old son absolutely loves the swing set and tower. Ron at the Reading location was really helpful when we made the purchase. I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 because the install did not go as planned due to trouble with their truck and had to be rescheduled for the next day.

Paid to have my swing set stained and they skipped some of the boards on the swing set. Swing itself is good quality.

The sales process, the service up to installation, the product, and the installation all weee great.

Good customer service. Set wasn’t delivered the day it was supposed to be delivered but creative playthings was very responsive and waived the installation fee to make it right. The swing set itself is solidly made.

They reviewed everything with us at the store so we knew exactly what we were getting and what the cost was for each piece of the playset. Installation was done as scheduled. The playset was properly set up and they left no mess in the yard. One incorrect swing type was sent with the installation crew, but the shop sent the correct swing to us right away.

I was disappointed that the local dealer never called me back when I called to inquire about the accessory I bought. I ordered it online and it arrived on time and was easy to install. It would be better if the accessory hung from chain rather than rope (it comes on rope) so I could shorten it for my taller son. Also I would prefer a larger diameter for the "wheel" itself. If I had seen it in person at the local dealer I would not have purchased it.

Very happy with hoop and backboard, just as advertised and installers were very professional and did a good job.
