I have had problems with the playground every year and every year I have to pay for maintenance to come fix and maintain the playground. A bit disappointed.

Purchased the swing hooks so I could install the swings in my new garage so my 19th month old twins could swing in the winter.

Terrible customer service. Not at the actual store but at the corporate office. Almost impossible to reach via call or email. It took us months to get our swingset repaired

Ordered the set on line late evening. Got email the next day. Received a call.from Betsy in the Millis distribution center letting me know the delivery date. Called me the day before to give me the 4 hour window of delivery. 2 guys showed up and built the entire set in an hour and a half!

the play-set is fantastic but the STORE and installation crew have been HORRIBLE. We purchased a 6,000+ dollar set and its still not right- plus now my grand kids cannot play on it due to safety issues? they placed it on Cinder blocks to level and they have shifted. we have called the store multiple times and management has either ignored or blown off two appointments? At this point we are pushing towards come get the set and give us our money back? We were told by the salesperson that it would be no problem to install- no leveling issues and now we have multiple?
