Creative PlaythingsReviews of creativeplaythings.com

They were efficient and professional. My kids love the play set!!

2 Boards were damaged when installed, it took 6 months and several calls/emails to get ONE of the boards replaced, I've given up on trying to get the other one replaced. For the amount of money these swing sets cost, I would expect much better service.

Very positive experience buying a Springfree trampoline at Creative Playthings. They had a model available to test and the sales associate was very helpful in explaining the differences between the sizes and accessories. I chose to finance my purchase and that process was fast and efficient. Delivery and assembly was on the day we agreed upon and was done quickly and professionally. You know you're getting a quality product from Creative Playthings and they work with you to choose a product perfect for your kids and budget.

We had the best experience when ordering our Creative Playthings swingset! Not only was the representative extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing the correct playset to fit our yard, the person who came to install the swingset went above and beyond to create the perfect play space. He cut down tree limbs and dug into the ground to ensure we had the perfect area for our playplace. I cannot rave enough about this fantastic company. My daughter adores the playset, and it is made from sturdy and reliable material. I am happy we spent the money on a quality product!!

They could not assemble the play set as pictured two installers both said the picture was wrong. No follow up from company after 2nd installer came and said the same as the first installer that it could not be done.
