Very poor customer service. Didn't show up on the agreed date to deliver and install a trampoline. Waited a few days and called their office - the sales guy said he 'forgot' to call me to re-schedule. After several calls with the scheduling department they sent one guy (from their warehouse) to construct a trampoline that was obviously a two person job. A nice person but he had no idea what he was doing and there was no way he could do it on his own. I had to help the guy put it together (lucky I was home). A great product but very bad service.

prompt delivery - easy installation

I placed an order for a toddler bucket seat about 2 weeks ago and I have still have not received it nor an email giving me shipping information. I tried calling and emailing customer service and I have not gotten a response. Meanwhile my credit card has already been charged.

Working with Anthony at the creative playthings store was flawless. All of our problems were with the installation which apparently is outsourced. The installers had to come back 3 times to fix everything and it still wasn’t done correctly. Anthony listened to our concerned and helped in whatever way he could. Creative Playthings definitely need to review their assembly people.

We purchased a SpringAir trampoline about 4 months ago. Creative Playthings came and set it up promtly. We've had no issues and kids have thoroughly enjoyed it!

Customer service was fabulous. Very helpful and thorough. Great sales team.
