Basically the same as ordering off wish…
Basically the same as ordering off wish or any other cheap Chinese equivalent, will it come? Won’t it come? Takes an absolute lifetime to arrive, still waiting for mine to arrive. Guess it’s on me for thinking it’s a legitimate business not just a middleman passing your order detail to some factory in china and send it via ship like Wish.

I ordered a paint set from this company…
I ordered a paint set from this company The paint that came with it does not match the colors needed, and I can’t seem to get any response from this company. Worst experience of my life. Do yourself a very big favor and have nothing at all to do with this company.

Poor customer service and unresponsive…
Poor customer service and unresponsive despite advertising themselves with 24/7 chat. Regret making the purchase. I purchased this a customised painting hoping for Valentine's Day delivery. I ordered the painting but realised I had made a mistake so reached out to the company through email and Instagram. No response until 18 hours later (not the 24/7 service as advertised). The response did not address my issue. Moreover, the company provided no details of the time it took to deliver the product - I did not realise until 1 day after the purchase that it would take 1 month to deliver! So no longer a Valentine's Day present then...

Wrong order from crafty Numbers
I ordered a personalized canvas to paint as advertised and they just sent me the printed photo in canvas format, I paid €40 for this rubbish. In response to the email they say that I placed the order wrong and that they can't do anything. I don't recommend it, scam

This is a scam
This is a scam. This is pure dropshipping from China. You are better by ordering through Temu/Aliexpress. When I realized this I asked them to cancel my order. They ignored and only replied when they had already shipped it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP.

First time getting this craft
First time getting this craft, it was really good. Some of the numbers were hard to see, so I put my own twist on it. I'd switch on music 90s mainly and paint away after my dinner each night..
