I could not return my first accidental purchases. I did find a better painting and ordered it over 3 weeks ago. According to the tracking number the parcel has not yet left China :/ I want to have the painting for a feast. Yet the customer service has not replied to any of my emails for 10 days. I was so excited to receive the package. Not receiving the one I wanted, being stuck with the accidental order and not receiving any money back is quite disappointing.

The order never showed up and they did not respond to three attempts to contact customer service. Really wanted the painting so it was very frustrating.

I placed my order on August 17 and provided the requested customs information twice. My order still has not been shipped or delivered. Customer support has also stopped responding. This has been incredibly frustrating. This company is a SCAMMER! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Delivery took far to long and was virtually untrackable. Purchased a 48 colour canvas and am extremely disappointed. Numbers missing on canvas, some paints too thin or too thick. Overall appearance is disappointing despite my neat painting. Will not buy from them again and certainly would not recommend. Also bombarded me with review requests despite only receiving my canvas a couple of days before!

Product was purchased as a gift. It arrived with one paint pot obviously missing from the tray - conspicuously absent from the middle of a row. This company needs better basic quality assurance practices in place.

I had previously purchased 12 canvases over a period, however the last 3 canvases purchsded have not turned up the tracking delivery through the email is erratic..its now been 19 days since purchase date .... WILL NOT BE BUYING OR RECOMMENDING this company anymore well over $130 lost 🤬

I was really disappointed with 48-color kit. The print quality is very poor — many of the borders between colors are barely visible or completely invisible, making it incredibly hard to tell where one color ends and another begins. Instead of a relaxing painting experience, it felt like solving a frustrating puzzle. Definitely not recommended for anyone expecting a clear, well-designed print.

Waited forever to receive my product (shipped from China) and the box was crushed and the canvas was unusable. Very disappointed with this company.
