Nice paint by number
I believe the company needs to tell the consumer where the paint by numbers are being shipped from. It did take longer than expected but, I am very happy with the product and am enjoying painting the pictures.

The package was organized very well and i like how they put everything together. Quality also amazing. but the delivery was long

Love the variety
Love the variety, I've bought 5 canvass and only had a slight issue with 1 paint tub (which i sorted because I had a very similar colour from another canvas

Nice product
Arrived in time, good condition. The numbering is well done and the quality is good. I bought the framed painting.

The travel posters are beautiful
The travel posters are beautiful. I just wish there were some for England. There are many for Italy, a couple for France, but having other European countries would be nice.

Place orders well in advance, it might take awhile to get to you
Quality of the canvas and frame is great but the time from placing the order to delivery is painstakingly slow. Would’ve rated higher otherwise.

Replaced delivery…
Ordered a kit in November which never arrived due to yodel leaving in an unsafe place. Emails going back and forth between myself and Rose Mary requesting a refund etc and after reading other reviews on here I was concerned I’d lost my money as she was saying another had been sent out, but I had little faith it would arrive. To redress the balance I have to say we did finally receive a replacement kit 2 January, and also a refund - so whilst it was a lengthy process and frustrating at times it was eventually sorted.

My rating is 4 stars due to the canvas…
My rating is 4 stars due to the canvas and reference sheet's faint lines and numbers, which are tough to follow. Enhancing the print clarity could solve this issue.
